TABB and the Army Corps of Engineers
Did you know that, going all the way back to April 2003, no less an authority than the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers added TABB to UFGS 15990A as a standard for certifying TAB firms.
For those hearing this for the first time, or who would like a refresher, the recommendation reads as follows:

“An administrative modification should be issued to existing construction contracts that do not include the new criteria when a TABB certified contractor is submitted for approval. This will be a no-cost modification. Projects under solicitation may be amended to include the new criteria. This should improve the competitive bids for this phase of each contract. Designers should include the new criteria in future designs.”
